BREWERY YEAST GOLD 45/5
 
 
Brewery yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is a valuable co-product of beer production, gained after the alcoholic fermentation process of the so called beer wort. The inactivated BREWERY YEAST 45/5 has a continous and high quality. The producer of this premium quality ingredient is the Italian yeast expert PROSOL, who is also offering further yeast specialities for contemporary animal nutrition via EURODUNA.

Spray-dried brewery yeast is rich in highly digestible protein, in vitamins (especially in the B-group) and in minerals (esp. highly digestible phosphorus). An outstanding fact of brewery yeast is the high content of nucleic acids, enzymes and special cell-wall-carbohydrates (e.g. mannano-oligosaccharides).

Special yeast LEVIFEED
 
 
The special properties of a quality yeast besides its nutrtional value as an amino acid and vitamin carrier are well-known nowadays:
- Increase in feed palatability (due to the special smell and taste)
- Modulation of the intestinal resp. ruminal micro flora
- Intestinal pH regulation
- Stimulation of the immune systems by nucleic acids

LEVIFEED is combining the nutritional and dietetic advantages of yeast with an additional special feature: Glucose-6-phosphate (content: approx. 10 %)

Within the scope of the respiratory chain the energy enriched glucose-6-phosphate is gained by phosphorylation of glucose within the glycolysis. Its high content in LEVIFEED is resulting from a controlled fermentation process by the yeast on a special (phosphorus enriched) substrate. Glucose-6-Phosphate is a highly available source of energy. The yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) contained in LEVIFEED has been inactivated.

Hydrolysed yeast protein LEVILISO
 
 
LEVILISO is a trade mark product of the Italian yeast expert PROSOL who is providing a wide range of high value products via EURODUNA. LEVILISO is produced by controlled enzymatical hydrolysis of yeast protein (Kluyveromyces fragilis). For about 70 % this modified yeast protein is consisting of free amino acids, di-peptides and tri-peptides.
Because of this very intensive "pre-digestion" the limited capacity of the young piglet to digest protein enzymatically is therefore relieved. Finally, due to the extremely high digestibility less undigested protein is entering the lower intestine. This results in a reduced development of intestinal pathogenes.

Brewery yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is a valuable co-product of beer production, gained after the alcoholic fermentation process of the so called beer wort. Brewery yeast is rich in highly digestible protein, in vitamins (especially in the B-group) and in minerals.
This specified product is of European origin with a very high purity (100% brewery yeast, no carrier) and an acceptable protein content.
